Salmon Patty Recipe
(husband and kid approved😊)
15oz canned wild caught salmon
10 oz frozen organic spinach (defrost, all water drained and squeezed out)
10 oz organic frozen hash browns (Cascadian Farms: fav brand😊)
3 pasture raised eggs
Minced garlic and pepper to taste
2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients
together in a bowl, making sure there is not extra liquid from the spinach.Heat up skillet to medium heat (preferably copper, stainless steel or cast iron), with 2 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Take the salmon mixture and pat it into a patty.
Put patty on skillet and cook each side for 4-6 minutes or until crisp.
And ENJOY!
*If need
can add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt to taste after cooked or add any other
herb to mixture of liking and can garnish with organic tomatoes or any other
vegetable.
