Salmon Patty Recipe

15oz canned wild caught salmon

  • 10 oz frozen organic spinach (defrost, all water drained and squeezed out)

  • 10 oz organic frozen hash browns (Cascadian Farms: fav brand😊)

  • 3 pasture raised eggs

  • Minced garlic and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients
    together in a bowl, making sure there is not extra liquid from the spinach.

  2. Heat up skillet to medium heat (preferably copper, stainless steel or cast iron), with 2 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  3. Take the salmon mixture and pat it into a patty.

  4. Put patty on skillet and cook each side for 4-6 minutes or until crisp.

  5. And ENJOY!

*If need
can add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt to taste after cooked or add any other
herb to mixture of liking and can garnish with organic tomatoes or any other
vegetable.
