Egg, Spinach, Meat Skillet:

Kid and Hubby approved (packed with Vitamin A, C, K, Magnesium and Iron 🥬)

Ingredients:
*10 organic free-range eggs
*10 oz organic frozen spinach (defrost and drain liquid)

*1 large diced, organic Bell Pepper or other veggies of choice
*Applegate Maple Chicken Breakfast Sausage
*8 oz unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
*6 oz shredded cheese of choice (goat cheese is our go to😊)
*Avocado/Olive oil

Directions:
*Turn on oven to 400 degrees
*Set Cast Iron Skillet over medium heat with 2tbs of avocado oil
*Brown chicken sausage and cut into small rounds
*Mix all liquid plus spinach, bell pepper and cheese in bowl
*Pour mixture in bowl over chicken sausage (make sure stove is off or remove skillet from heat)
*Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until egg dish is set and slightly brown on top!
*Enjoy
** Can add any additional veggies in or meat or spices🎉
